THE KNEIPP TRACK
Water is the origin of everything, Talete said about 2600 years ago. Since then, many people experimented water's benefits, in particular Father Sebastian Kneipp, who was aware that all the stimuli from hot and cold water had a good effect on the circulation and, in general, on all the body. The Kneipp track of the wellbeing centre Gaarten SPA, called also phlebotonic track, is made up by special bath tubs filled with hot water alternated with cold water, and the tubs' bottom, where it's possible to walk, is covered with little basaltic stones. This treatment is particularly indicated to improve blood and lymphatic circulation, but also to give a feeling of general relax.
